INTENSIVE CHINESE COURSES

• During a period of 15 weeks, this program promotes Chinese language skills for both primary and secondary school students from abroad.
• Help the students to prepare for the HSK test, and enable them to attend a local Chinese-language school in the Fall semester.
• The students will take a language proficiency assessment when they register at the CLC, and will sit the national HSK test upon completion of the course. Their progress can therefore be observed objectively.
• According to their assessment results, students will be assigned to one of three classes :

　　　　Class C: no knowledge of the Chinese language;
　　　　Class B: has basic knowledge of Chinese and can understand simple conversations;
　　　　Class A: has some conversation skill but needs improvement in reading and writing.

• Besides Chinese language courses in listening, speaking, reading and writing, English language courses by native English speakers are also offered as are Sports, Chinese Traditional Art, etc.
• For students who wish to apply to a high school or university in Beijing, we will provide the corresponding schools' information and instruction on application and entrance examinations.
